Refund & Exchange
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.Ā 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Youā€™ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Ā To start a return, you can contact us atĀ support@arganabeauty.aeĀ If your return is accepted, exchange or refund will be granted through a bank transfer.

Please remember thatĀ shipping cost is non-refundable andĀ the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You can always contact us for any return question atĀ support@arganabeauty.aeĀ 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable itemsĀ 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Soaps.Ā This decision is due to the fact that we will not resell any unopened soaps once they have been out of our possession. We have this policy in place to protect not only ourselves but our customers as well.Ā Please get in touch with us through the email above if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Ā 

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order.
